Cancellation Policy
To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
* Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will have their deposit applied toward their next service.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
* No-call/no-show appointments will result in the full remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
* Clients who repeatedly no-call/no-show may be permanently blocked from booking future appointments.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize charges to the card on file when applicable.
